Qualifying Montana medical cannabis patients ages 18 and older may access information on the site; purchases require valid identification and, where applicable, a medical card, verified in person at the shop.
2. This Site Is Informational Only
Sugar Tree Organics is a physical dispensary in Bigfork, Montana. This website provides information about our shop and products. It is not an online store:
There is no online ordering, reservation, checkout, or payment on this site.
Product names, descriptions, pricing, availability, or specials shown on the site are for general reference only, may change without notice, and do not constitute an offer to sell.
All purchases occur in person at the shop and are subject to valid ID, Montana purchase limits, and product availability.

Information on this site, including anything related to cannabis, medical cards, or wellness, is general and for educational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider or other professional.
4. Legal and Responsible Use
Cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older (and qualifying medical patients) under Montana law and must be used in accordance with Montana law and the rules of the Montana Department of Revenue Cannabis Control Division. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. You agree to use this site and any products you purchase lawfully: do not provide cannabis to minors, do not resell, keep products out of reach of children, and never drive or operate machinery while impaired.

We work to keep the site accurate, but we provide it “as is.” We do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will always be available. We may change or remove content at any time.

All text, photography, logos, and other content on this site belong to Sugar Tree Organics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
